At Zenegirl, we refresh our collections every few months. Some of our bestsellers will however be available throughout the year.

  What is the best way to launder my lingerie?

Hand wash your lingerie and do not wring them out to avoid them losing their shape. Avoid hot water and use detergents designed for intimates.

  Can I machine-wash my bra?

Hook your bra before putting it in a machine, and wash intimates separately. There are laundry bags designed to wash your bras in machines. You can create your own laundry bag using a drawstring bag made of Muslin that does not leak color. Wash on delicate cycle, and be sure to remove before the spin cycle.

 Can my bra be tumble-dried?

Tumble-drying is never good for your intimates as any heat can damage the bra fabrics and ruin their fit.

  How often should bras be replaced and why?

Replace your bra when it stops to fit like it used to. A bra generally loses elasticity after a 100 washes and wears.

Joining Zenegirl is free and only takes few minutes. You need to fill in your personal information with your email id and password. Once you become a member at Zenegirl, you can directly log in from your email id. You can also browse and buy without logging in, using guest check out facility

Zenegirl provides free and express shipping on orders worth Rs 999 & above and will attract a COD charge of Rs 99 on orders below Rs 999.

 When can I expect delivery?

We understand the pain of anticipation! Hence, we ship orders out of our warehouse within 3 business days of order confirmation

For metros and large cities, the delivery generally takes place within 5-7 days from the shipping date. For the rest of the country, you can expect delivery within 7 to 15 days of the order being confirmed.

 Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship Zenegirl's Indian collection internationally as of now.

  How will my order be shipped?

We use several national courier services to deliver your order to your door steps.

 Is the packaging discreet?

Yes the Zenegirl packaging is discreet. We wrap the products and secure the products inside. There is no mention of the products on the address label pasted on the package.

For you to know that the parcel is from Zenegirl, our logo is visible on the address label and the tape used to secure the overall packaging.

 An item is missing from my shipment.

This is very rare as we ensure multiple checks during our product packing process. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice enclosed. If you have been charged, please contact us immediately at +91 9592915805. You can also write to us at support@zenegirl.com.

 What payment method can I use online?

You can opt to pay by debit cards, credit cards or netbanking.

  What currency can I use on the website?

You can pay in INR while making a purchase.

 Why was my card or net banking account not charged?

Yes you can edit your profile by going to the "My account" section and adding or removing your personal information from your account.

No, we don't have any minimum order requirement.

  What is your return policy?

At Zenegirl, we have a very easy and hassle free return policy. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 30 days of its delivery. We will immediately provide you with a credit coupon, or a full refund.

Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.

  How do I initiate a return?

  • Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing.
  • Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside. Enclose your invoice inside.

  How do I track my return?

We will send an email once your returned order has been received by our warehouse.

 How long will my return take?

We will take 5 working days to evaluate if the items are eligible for return - that is, they are unwashed, unworn and in a hygienic condition. If the return is approved, we will send you a coupon within the next 5 working days. Refunds may take an additional 10 working days to be processed.

 Can I return panties?

For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept returned briefs, panties, or shape-wear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.

 Do you have promotions and offers?

Yes, we run promotions and offers from time to time. The information on the same is available in relevant sections of the site.

 Can I unsubscribe from Zenegirl’s mailing list?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from Zenegirl’s mailing list by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link in our newsletters or promotional emails. However, we will continue to email you regarding your orders or returns.

 Will I get complete refund against my order?

If you return/cancel an order, the paid price of the product (including the tax collected) will be refunded back to you. However convenience charges are non-refundable and hence shall not be refunded.
